Before activation

Confirm the plan and current expiry date, review the delivery instructions and any Solfox requirement, and save your order number. Do not share passwords or verification codes in public messages or screenshots.

After delivery

Your own account

Sign in to the account specified in the order and check the subscription page. If the plan or expiry differs from your order, keep the relevant records and contact the original purchase channel.

Shared membership

Read the sharing rules before opening the delivered entry point. Check whether Solfox is required and which account settings you may change. Password or verification changes can affect other users.

Ready-made account

Check access, benefits, and verification requirements. Change credentials only according to the delivery instructions, and clarify who manages recovery and multifactor authentication.

Everyday use and renewal

Use the assigned environment when required. Check usage limits before repeating a blocked task. Confirm your account and current expiry date before renewing; automatic renewal is governed by the order.
