Service coverage
Using a service with confidence includes knowing what happens when something goes wrong.
Your order agreement governs
Supakook provides a service coverage agreement for subscription services. The specific coverage, duration, and remedies are governed by the product page and the agreement supplied with your order. This page is a purchasing and support guide; it does not replace the formal agreement.
Check before purchasing
| What to check | Details to confirm |
|---|---|
| Included service | Subscription plan, account type, API scope, or shared access rules |
| Service term | Start and end dates, activation rules, and renewal options |
| Coverage | Which sign-in, subscription, or delivery issues are covered |
| Remedies | Conditions for troubleshooting, repair, replacement, compensation, or a refund |
| Contact and timing | Valid support channels, response arrangements, and the resolution process |
If these details are missing from the product page or order, confirm them through your purchase channel before completing the purchase. This website does not set a standard refund percentage, response deadline, or availability SLA.
How to report an issue
Use your original order channel to submit the order number, product name, time of the issue, observed behavior, and steps to reproduce it. Keep relevant messages for review, but hide passwords, verification codes, API keys, and sensitive conversations.
Issues verified as covered by the agreement are handled according to that order's terms. After resolution, check that the corresponding account features or service have been restored.
About reliability
Backend redundancy and scheduled checks aim to improve the experience, but cannot guarantee that every request will succeed. Official services, network conditions, account status, and changes to product rules may all affect use. Keep copies of important work and any necessary backups.
